As an executive search firm, it takes two separate entities to make a firm like ours successful. First, it takes exceptional client companies who offer rewarding career opportunities. Second, it takes a consistent stream of talented and qualified candidates to fill those opportunities.

We have worked hard to create partnerships across the country with a number of innovative and growing companies. Some are very large and publicly traded, while others are local or regional private companies. We believe all of them to be stable within their industry, offer upward mobility, and provide a strong financial opportunity for their sales and management executives.

For those of you who have never worked with an executive search firm before, we have compiled a short list of Q&A’s which we felt would be informative to you.

1) Do I have to pay a fee to work with you?

No. We are an executive search firm, not an employment agency. Our fees are assumed by our client company. They pay a fee only when a candidate is hired.

2) How do I work with you?

We want to work with you if you have excelled in any of the following areas and are anticipating making a career change: outside sales, sales management, middle /upper management, or production management.

Additionally, it depends on a number of issues which we would need to ascertain such as: your track record, openness to explore new opportunities (as opposed to being set on a particular type of position), ability to relocate for the right opportunity, compensation requirements, and your timetable. Based on the information related to these issues, we will know whether or not it serves our mutual best interest to work together.

To better serve you, when you submit your resume’, we request that you include a cover letter with compensation history/requirements. This way, when we contact you regarding an opportunity, you can know it’s within the boundaries you discussed in your cover letter. If you have not heard from us, it is because we are not actively working on a search for which we feel you qualify, or we already have a qualified candidate in our database.

3) What should I expect when you call me?

You can expect to be treated with care and professionalism. We understand the need to be discreet. When we call, we will discuss the opportunity in as much detail as we have available at the time. Assuming there is a strong level of interest, we will start the interview process. Because some of the professionals with whom we work have not been "actively interviewing", we thoroughly prepare each candidate, regardless of their "interviewing experience", before they go on their first interview and continue to assist them throughout the entire interview process.
